Terms

RBS Commercial companies. Effective August 22, 2026

These terms apply to goods and services sold by the RBS Commercial companies (RBS Huttegem LLC, RBS Laplaigne LLC, RBS Dendermonde LLC, RBS Claims LLC, RBS Rouen LLC, RBS Overberg LLC, RBS Cayuga LLC, RBS eCommerce LLC; each "we", "us"), 47 Pleasant Street, Suite BS, Northampton, MA 01060. Each order or service is provided and charged by one company, named on your quote, receipt or invoice.

Quotes and scope

Quotes are valid for 30 days and state scope, price in US dollars, delivery and terms. Work outside the quoted scope is priced as a written change order.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are stated on the quote, order or shelf. Business invoices are due on the terms stated (Net 30 on approved account; Net 15 for claims and monitoring statements); consumer purchases are paid at checkout. Accepted methods: card, ACH, bank transfer and check. Balances more than 30 days past due accrue 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, and we may pause scheduled work until the account is current.

Warranty, returns and refunds

Work is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days; defective work is reprinted, remade or corrected at no charge. Custom-printed, manufactured or installed goods are not returnable once production or installation has started; deposits are refundable less costs incurred before that point. Retail goods may be returned unopened within 30 days. Service agreements may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. See the returns, cancellation and refund policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order or service is limited to the amount paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits or consequential damages.

Disputes

Please contact us at info@raddpayments.com or (413) 200-0634 before raising a dispute with your card issuer or bank; we respond within one business day.

Territory and governing law

We sell and serve within the United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, except that consumer-protection provisions follow the law of the state where the sale is made.
