Custom print, manufacturing and installation
Refundable less costs incurred until production or installation starts; not returnable after. Defective work is reprinted, remade or corrected at no charge.
Retail goods
Unopened goods may be returned within 30 days for a refund to the original payment method; shipping is refunded only when the error was ours.
Dry cleaning and laundry
Garments damaged in our care are re-cleaned or compensated under the fair-claims guide; claims within 7 days.
Service and monitoring agreements
Cancel with 30 days' notice; prepaid months after the notice period are refunded.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Card refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on the issuing bank; bank transfers are returned to the originating account.
