A commercial services group with one back office.
Who we are
RBS Commercial is the commercial services group of Radd Payment Solutions, LLC, a Massachusetts company that runs payments, receivables, bookkeeping and payroll for operating businesses. RBS Commercial is where that capability is applied to commercial and consumer service businesses we operate or partner with.
Today the group includes commercial printing and direct mail in Wisconsin, a print shop in Florida, security systems in Georgia, claims administration, specialty plastics manufacturing, logistics, dry cleaning in Ohio and a specialty tea company, each operated through its own RBS company.
How the group works
Each company runs its own business with its own team, equipment and customers. What they share is the back office: invoicing, payment reconciliation, receivables, bookkeeping, payroll coordination and reporting run centrally, so operators see clean numbers and spend their time on the work. The same team provides invoicing and bookkeeping support to a small number of partner operators who keep their own name and team. It is a back-office service for established businesses we work with directly, not a public offering.
