Business customers of our printing, manufacturing and logistics companies are invoiced rather than charged at checkout. The terms on the quote decide when that invoice is due. Here is how RBS Huttegem LLC, RBS Laplaigne LLC and RBS Rouen LLC run it. Net 30, from when Net 30 means the invoice is due 30 days after the invoice date. We invoice on delivery or shipment (not on order), so the 30 days start when the goods leave. An invoice dated the 5th is due on the 4th of the following month. New accounts may start on deposit-and-balance terms and move to Net 30 after a few clean invoices; approved accounts with a purchase order get Net 30 from the start. Deposits on large runs Large print runs, custom manufacturing orders and anything with non-returnable materials carry a deposit stated on the quote, typically a third to a half of the order. The balance is invoiced on shipment on the account's terms. Early-payment discounts Some accounts are offered a discount for paying within a shorter window (for example 2% if paid within 10 days, otherwise net 30). The discount and its deadline are printed on the invoice; if you pay within the window, deduct it; if not, pay the full amount. Shipping and tax Shipping is estimated on the quote and billed at actual carrier cost. Sales tax is charged where required unless a resale or exemption certificate is on file; send the certificate before the first invoice. When an invoice goes late Balances more than 30 days past the due date accrue 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law), and we may pause scheduled work or hold shipments until the account is current. Reminders and statements go out before that point; a quick call usually resolves it. Paying Invoices come by email from the company that did the work with a secure link to pay by card, ACH debit or bank transfer; checks are accepted payable to the company named on the invoice. Your statement shows that company's legal name. Terms are on the payments and invoices page ; for an account application, contact us . More insights --- ## What a commercial security monitoring agreement covers, and how it bills URL: https://rbscommercial.com/insights/what-a-security-monitoring-agreement-covers-and-bills Insights What a commercial security monitoring agreement covers, and how it bills The pieces of a commercial security system project and its monitoring agreement: installation, monitoring, service, term, and what appears on the invoice each month. A commercial security project from RBS Dendermonde LLC has two parts with two different bills: the installation, paid like a construction project, and the monitoring agreement, billed monthly. Here is what each covers. Installation Cameras, access control, intrusion alarm and the network equipment they run on, designed from a site walk and quoted in writing. The quote lists device counts and locations, cabling, licensing, and who supplies the internet connection. It is paid with a deposit at signing and the balance on completion, when the system is tested with you and handed over. The monitoring agreement Monitoring is a separate, recurring service: the central station watches alarm signals and dispatches or calls per your instructions, and the agreement typically includes remote video access, software licensing and routine firmware updates. It states the monthly fee, the term (commonly 12 to 36 months), the notice period to cancel (30 days at our company after the initial term), and the response procedure. Service calls Repairs outside the warranty and moves or additions are quoted and invoiced as they happen: a service call rate plus parts, or a quoted project for additions. Some agreements include a service plan that covers labor; the agreement says which. What the invoice looks like Installation : deposit invoice, then completion invoice, with the device list and the signed acceptance. Monitoring : a monthly invoice on the same day each month from RBS Dendermonde LLC, on Net 15, paid by card on file, ACH or bank transfer. Service : per visit, with the ticket. Cancelling Monitoring can be cancelled with 30 days' notice after the initial term; prepaid months after the notice period are refunded. Installed equipment is yours once the installation invoice is paid. See the returns, cancellation and refund policy and payments and invoices . More insights --- ## Claims administration fees: per-claim pricing explained URL: https://rbscommercial.com/insights/claims-administration-fees-per-claim-pricing-explained Insights Claims administration fees: per-claim pricing explained How a claims administration service prices its work, what a per-claim fee includes, how monthly statements are built, and what providers should check before signing. Service providers that submit a high volume of claims often outsource preparation, submission and follow-up. RBS Claims LLC bills that work on a per-claim fee schedule. Here is how the pricing works and what to look for in any claims-administration agreement. What a per-claim fee covers Preparing the claim from the provider's record, checking it for completeness and coding consistency, submitting it to the payer, tracking acknowledgement, and working routine rejections and resubmissions. Appeals, records requests and payer audits are usually priced separately because the effort varies so much. The fee schedule Fees are set per claim, often tiered by monthly volume, and stated in the agreement. Some administrators charge a percentage of collections instead; per-claim pricing is simpler to audit because the count is visible on both sides. Our statements list the claims by reference number, so the provider can tie every fee to a claim. The monthly statement Once a month the provider receives a statement from RBS Claims LLC: claims prepared and submitted in the period, any separately priced work, and the total, on Net 15 terms. It is paid by ACH or bank transfer through the link on the statement. The provider's own receivables from payers are not touched by the administrator; those payments go to the provider directly. What to check before signing Exactly what counts as a claim and what is billed separately. Turnaround commitments and how rejections are reported back. Data handling: where records live, who can see them, and how long they are retained. Term and notice period, and how files are handed back if you leave. Terms and payment details are on the payments and invoices page . To discuss volume and pricing, contact us . Published 2026-08-22 by RBS Commercial, an operating group of Radd Payment Solutions.
